Austyn Turner is a capital markets and business development professional with more than eight years of sales experience and four years of capital markets experience. He specializes in investor engagement, transaction execution, capital raising, and strategic relationship development.

Prior to joining ArcStone, Austyn worked at Moneta Securities, working directly with institutional investors, family offices, and capital allocators across private and public markets. His work included developing investment narratives, advancing investor diligence processes, and helping portfolio companies secure capital commitments. He has built strong relationships across the investment community and brings a practical understanding of investor mandates, capital allocation strategies, and the dynamics that drive successful financings.

Prior to capital markets, Austyn built a strong commercial foundation through leadership roles in high-performance sales environments. At Ledcor, he managed and scaled a national sales team operating across more than 20 cities across Canada, personally generating more than 1,200 direct sales while consistently ranking among the top-performing teams in the organization. His experience combines disciplined execution, business development, and the ability to identify and convert opportunities in competitive markets.
