Harry Philpotts

Associate, Canadian Advisory, ArcStone Canada

Harry is an Associate on ArcStone’s investment banking team, where he is actively involved in business development and transaction origination, as well as the day-to-day execution of M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory mandates. He works closely with senior bankers and clients on identifying and developing new opportunities, financial modelling, valuation analyses, due diligence, and the preparation of pitch materials, confidential information memoranda, and management presentations.

Harry began his investment banking career in 2024 and has progressed through Research Analyst and Analyst roles, contributing to engagements across multiple sectors and transaction types. Prior to entering investment banking, Harry spent three summers interning with Ernst & Young in Vancouver, including within its Infrastructure Advisory group, where he supported financial modelling and research related to renewable energy, the energy transition, and major national infrastructure projects. He subsequently worked as a Project Manager Intern with Lark Group.

Harry holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, where he was awarded the Queen’s University Excellence Scholarship.
