Justin Rasekh brings over 18 years of capital markets and corporate advisory experience across digital infrastructure, emerging technologies, and blockchain finance. He has executed and led transactions exceeding $500 million in aggregate capital raised across crypto, technology, real estate, and natural resources.

Justin’s global mandate has spanned Canada, the U.S., and Europe, where he has raised over €40 million for European issuers and advised on go-public transactions, dual listings, cross-border M&A, and capital markets strategy. His execution capability and investor network are complemented by deep operating experience in digital assets and decentralized infrastructure.

Prior to joining ArcStone Securities and Investments Corp., Justin was a Founding Director of DMG Blockchain Solutions (TSX-V: DMGI). He was instrumental in scaling DMG from startup to publicly listed leader, securing over $100 million in institutional funding, and establishing strategic relationships across the global blockchain ecosystem. His tenure at DMG spanned crypto mining, DeFi architecture, token economics, investor positioning, and platform development.

Justin was also CEO and Founder of Fundamental Applications (CSE: FUN) and has served on the boards of multiple private blockchain ventures. His career reflects a unique combination of technical fluency and institutional capital markets expertise, positioning him as a trusted advisor to growth-stage companies navigating complex financings and market expansion strategies.
