Justin Reynolds

Vice President, Investment Banking

Justin Reynolds is an operator–advisor focused on payments infrastructure, embedded finance, and SMB financial services. He helps founders and boards convert operating traction into institutional demand by shaping investor narratives, building milestone-based capital plans, and executing go-public pathways, strategic financings, and cross-border M&A across Canada and the U.S. His approach combines unit-economic discipline with practical GTM systems, rigorous disclosure, and KYC/AML readiness.

Before joining ArcStone Securities and Investments Corp., Justin served as CEO and a Board Member of Faster, a payments startup. There, he led banking and network relationships, negotiated commercial and program agreements, and raised capital while building investor pipelines. He oversaw go-public readiness and regulatory strategy, scaled the hiring plan, and launched products spanning in-person and online card acceptance, e-transfer requests, EFT/ACH rails, wallets, instant payouts, and issuing. Earlier commercial and operating roles in high-growth e-commerce sharpened his bias for measurable outcomes, funnel efficiency, and revenue operations.

Legally trained, Justin earned a JD from Bond University (Corporate and Commercial Law) and a Certificate in Securities Law and Practice from Osgoode Hall Law School, following a BA in Political Science from Queen’s University. He is progressing toward his Ontario Bar licence, bringing a compliance-first lens to complex transactions and disclosure.

At ArcStone, Justin pairs operating depth with capital-markets execution to help growth-stage companies refine strategy, access global investors, and deliver transactions with speed, precision, and accountability. His mandate spans origination through close: diagnosing readiness, clarifying milestones, aligning stakeholders, and running tight processes that translate strategy into durable capital and long-term partnerships.
