PDAC 2026 was a strong week for the sector and our event was a success.

ArcStone Securities and Investments Corp., Kingswood Group, ArcStone Securities LLC, ArcStone Kingswood, ArcStone Financial Pulse and Domenic Mazzone were pleased to host our annual PDAC reception and convene mining executives, founders, dealmakers, and capital markets participants during the week to meet with our senior team including executives who flew in from the U.S..

U.S. institutional and retail investors remain structurally under allocated to metals and mining, even as the fundamental backdrop continues to tighten across gold and the broader commodity complex. Against that setup, we are seeing a growing number of issuers evaluate U.S. senior exchange pathways, including IPOs, reverse mergers, and de SPAC transactions, alongside broader cross border financing strategies.
