Thomas Saunders

Thomas Saunders is a capital markets sales professional with a background spanning structured investments, institutional distribution, and equity markets. Based in Toronto, he focuses on investor outreach and relationship development across ArcStone's coverage universe, connecting institutional investors, family offices, and funds with growth-stage companies across all sectors.

Prior to joining ArcStone, Thomas spent three years at iCapital Network, one of the world's leading alternative investment platforms, where he worked within the Structured Investments group. In that role, he managed high-volume outreach to RIAs, family offices, and wealth networks, serving as a primary point of contact for distribution and deal flow development. He developed deep expertise across iCapital's platform, including facilitating the construction of bespoke derivative products, working closely with institutional structuring desks and regional distribution teams to drive capital raise efforts that helped grow the team's revenue run-rate approximately 4x.

Earlier in his career, Thomas held finance and operations roles at TOOLBX Inc., a Toronto-based start-up, where he contributed to P&L analysis, regional expansion strategy, and operations management. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Finance major from Dalhousie University, and is licensed with FINRA (Series 7 and 63) and holds the CSC designation from the Canadian Securities Institute.
