ArcStone provides structured corporate access and issuer engagement programs designed to facilitate dialogue between public and private companies and qualified investors. We coordinate targeted meeting schedules, roadshows, and curated events across institutional, family office, and wealth channels, subject to applicable securities laws, client engagement terms, confidentiality restrictions, and compliance review. Our Approach

Targeted investor engagement

We work with issuers to identify relevant investor profiles and arrange one on one meetings and small group discussions with qualified investors, based on mandate fit and interest.

Institutional roadshows and market access

We coordinate multi day roadshows and meeting programs in key financial centers, including New York, Toronto, and Miami. For larger issuers and more structured institutional programs, ArcStone may coordinate corporate access and institutional roadshows in collaboration with ArcStone Kingswood, a division of Kingswood US, where permitted and subject to engagement terms and compliance review.

Conferences and curated events

We host and participate in issuer investor events that support corporate access objectives. These programs are designed to support issuer visibility and investor dialogue and are not intended to constitute a general solicitation.

Preparation and messaging discipline

We support management teams with meeting preparation, agenda development, and messaging alignment focused on clear, consistent communication and appropriate public disclosure practices.

Ongoing engagement support

Where appropriate, we help issuers maintain an ongoing cadence of engagement between financing windows, subject to issuer objectives and compliance requirements.
