Mehreen Javaid

Managing Director, Investment Banking Originations & MENA

Mehreen Javaid is currently serving as Managing Director, Originations & MENA at ArcStone Securities and Investments Corp., a cross-border financial services firm. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives in the Middle East, engaging with family offices, institutional investors, and government leaders to identify and structure innovative investment opportunities in sectors such as real estate, mining, technology, and healthcare.

Mehreen is also the founder of Red Leaf Group, where she has facilitated over 1 billion in debt financing for commercial real estate. She has over 15 years of experience in real estate financing and raising capital for a number of sectors. 

Mehreen has played a significant role in fostering Canada-Pakistan business relations, having served as the President of the Canada-Pakistan Chamber of Commerce. In this capacity, she has facilitated meetings between Members of Parliament, the Senate, and executives from both countries. Her advisory work includes mediating the Reko Diq mining dispute involving Tethyan Copper, the Government of Pakistan, and Barrick Gold, as well as advising the Government of Pakistan on its National Mineral Policy. 

Ms. Javaid has been an active member of the Liberal Party of Canada and has hosted a number of fundraising events at both the federal and provincial levels of government including events for the Prime Minister and key Cabinet Ministers. 

Her multifaceted career bridges real estate finance, cross-border investment banking, and international policy advisory, positioning her as a key player in connecting capital markets across North America, the Middle East, and South Asia.
